Job Description
Golden Rain Foundation (GRF) at Leisure World Seal Beach has an immediate opening for a seasoned painter with experience in brush and roll as well as spray coating. Your Work Schedule, Compensation & Benefits:
• Full-time, non-exempt (hourly).
• Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm, possible night, weekend, and holiday shifts; your work schedule will be determined in your interview.
• This position is 100% on-site.
• Hourly Pay Range is $23.60 per hour up to $32.31 per hour.
The above represents the expected hourly range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your experience and other job-related factors.

What you will be doing:
Under the direct supervision of our Service Maintenance Manager and Service Maintenance Director, you will be responsible for all the painting of stripes and markings on 321 streets and curbs, ensuring that they are visible. Additionally, you will be responsible for the repair and replacement of street signs as well as graffiti removal. On an as needed basis you will be responsible for painting the mutual corporation property as well as GRF trust property.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Knowledge of CAMUTCD laws regarding street markings.
- Knowledge of painting and layout of roads and markings.
- Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety practices.
- Knowledge to fill cracks, holes, and joints with caulk, putty, plaster, or other fillers using caulking guns or putty knives.
- Mix, match and apply paint, varnish, shellac, enamel, and other finishes.
